To foster an environment of goodwill and camaraderie among combat wounded veterans, promote patriotism, support necessary legislative initiatives, and most importantly, provide service to all veterans and their families.

Find Your Community

The Military Order of the Purple Heart Department of Arizona (MOPHAZ) is a community of combat-wounded veterans and their families united in service, honor, and advocacy. We exist to support our fellow patriots, preserve the legacy of the Purple Heart, and strengthen our Arizona communities through outreach, leadership, and remembrance.

What We Do

Veteran Support

No Purple Heart recipient or their family should face hardship alone. Our charitable arm PHCWVOA connects patriotic donors with the opportunity to support our mission.

Community Engagement

Whether it’s youth education, or supporting local events, our members are active across the state building a legacy of civic pride.

Support and Connection

Through our five  Chapters statewide, we foster camaraderie, mentorship, and shared purpose among Purple Heart recipients.
